Great articulation of the fragmentation problem in dev tooling. The model-agnostic approch makes sense when difrent codebases need different levels of scrutiny, like you mentioned with React vs Rust. Built a small eng team in 2018 and we ended up with 7 different tools that barely talked to each other, so I get why unified platforms matter for maintaining context across the devlopment lifecycle.
In other words, one stop solution for all ! No need to bring external tools for code review. Kilocode does it all. I know this is a bit off topi, the team needs to work on app builder- its not delivering as promised.

Glad to hear that! Have you tried App Builder yet?
