I hear you, but this feels a little bit like throwing the responsibility of engineer who built the code (using AI) onto the role of the reviewer. That has some real credence because there is overlap in responsibility, but I'd like to make sure that whoever guided the AI system to build the code has primary responsibility for the architecture choices.

That is to say, and this is just a matter of degrees, what you described to me is the responsibility of the code generator, where the role of the code reviewer is to challenge those architecture choices as optimal.
